At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their MERAKI LUXURY SALON experience.
Due to covid ~ Please remember, any person without a scheduled appointment is not permitted in the salon.

Cancellation - all cancellations require a 24hour notice. Less than 24hour notice will result in a 50% fee of the service booked

No Shows- all no shows will be charged 100% fee of service booked

Tardiness- if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled
